Finishing two more scripts
I am turning my novel "Dishboy" into a screenplay and finished a major rewrite of my Edmund Fitzgerald script (many years ago I researched and wrote a script and that script got me invited to the expedition to the ship).

Born in Washington DC, grew up in Upper Michigan, moved to Los Angeles at 20, spent 20 years there working in IT, went back to school to get a history degree and teaching credential, no jobs, tossed everything in a minvan and drove to Pennsylvania to look for teaching jobs, subbed, ended up cashiering at Walmart, went to Amazon as a picker, made wall of achievement for making rate, then didn't make rate and was walked out with hundreds of others, ended up at a place that handles cars that have been totalled out by insurance companies. In the morning I walk my dog and then write. Mornings are important. My dog says that too.
I have written a shelf full of poems - usually moments that seize me - looking back I have found only six that were interesting and worth posting.
I have two books on Amazon - one a history of my hometown "Tales of White Pine" and another memories of my hometown called "A Child's Christmas in Upper Michigan: 1968"
I also did two stand up bits about working at Walmart as a cashier at a Comedy Club in Doylestown and posted a youtube bit promoting my project "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" - I wrote about the shipwreck and because of it was invited to the expedition to the ship when it was found in Lake Superior.
