Clare Hill is 33 years old. She has published work in various magazines and websites, including: Trespass, Twisted Tongue, adc (Art, Disability, Culture), The Any Dream Will Do Review, Gold Dust, Prima, BHF Horror Anthology, Emergency Verse, and others.
She is currently working on her first poetry collection, to be published by Survivors' Poetry in the new year. She has been taking part in their mentoring programme, being mentored by poet Naomi Foyle.
Clare's first crime novel, Broken, was shortlisted in the Nemesis Publishing Debut Novel Competition. Her second crime novel featuring disabled ex-DI turned private detective Jim Fielding, is nearing completion, and she has begun research for the third in the series.
