I have been writing since childhood. Have always been a Dreamer; imagining people, places things, in unique lights. I use macro photography to study nature up close. I have sat for hours alone in coffee shops sketching faces to study them better. I have been animating the inanimate by personifying their imagined human characteristics. This is a lonely life but also full and joyful.

I am a retired teacher who considers my 2 rescue pups, the color of the soil - Kricket & Lily, and my 18 year old Tuxedo cat  (with a belly so fat it's another cat(!)- Mao (as in Chairman...), my immediate family. Life is not always easy but it's good.
