I am a bit of an eccentric in some ways and I tend to think my writing reflects that. Most of my stories have some sort of dark aspect or just obscure humor, writing 'light' things tends to be difficult. And that's why I'm not trying to write children's stories as I'd more than likely scare the poor things to death. I also tend to moreso have fantasy stories than historical fiction or whatever else: faeries, werewolves, vampires, zombies, ghouls, ghosts, dragons, etc. I'm all for it. So long as it's written well I tend to read it...not to mention write about it. Hopefully if you read my works you'll like them even if they do reflect my oddness. Yes, I'm on the younger side, but the only thing that truly affects is the age of my main characters. I try to stick to what I know since different age groups think different ways, generally, and such. I like to believe I'm open-minded, so that is another thing that may very well be reflected in my stories. Boundries are meant to be pushed, else how are they created in the first place?
Please, if you comment on my works, leave something more substantial than 'it was good' or 'kmu'. More tends to help me better what i write and, hopefully, make it more enjoyable to read. And, generally, if you leave me a comment on my own works, I'll try and do the same for you. :)
Victus Mortuus- Set in a post-apoalytic world and following the story of Abigail, a ghoul, and her sister, Sara. For Abi, she is set on finding her sister since she had promsied her she'd come to her and she she simply refuses to break that promise. (first person POV) Sara, on the other hand, hasn't quite given up hope of seeing her sister, but the Takers come as they have every year and, this time, 'adopt' her. (second person POV)
Undone- Ryleah had been more or less 'tricked' into visting Faery and recounts her time there as her mind falls further from the sanity she once knew. (first person POV)
Emotionless:Love- A nameless person is cast out from Community, her family, and, while trying to solve how she could be reaccepted, she meets Joan. Set in the pre-apocalyptic world 'Victus Mortuus' was. (first person POV and part of a whole 'Emotionless' project. But I am suffering writer's block and, since I'm hoping it'll help me flesh out some ideas, I'm working on this for the moment. Not the whole book, though, just this part so it's a rather short novel.)
