Wow...you sure know how to write a poem! Loved the words and the feeling that you put into the poem! Awesome job! - Christian Taylor Posted: Oct 22, 2014

I may be young and adults may think they know for certain that I know nothing of love but it is they who are naive if they choose to believe that love is only known by those who are of their age. Love at first sight is real. It is as real as the sky, the moon, the sun, the crisp morning air and wind that whispers through the tree tops. To fear rejection is only human, this I understand, but love, no matter what becomes of it, is always worth taking that risk. It is beautiful and hideous, uplifting and discouraging, wonderful and painful.. It balances itself. It balances the world. And only when we can fully comprehend this can we truly love. I am sorry for her passing. And I only can hope you found such another feeling once more even after? I loved reading this. Thank you for posting it to be read. Posted: Oct 20, 2014 -LASHA FREED

Hey! This is a pretty interesting story. The only feedback I could give is that the punctuation is a little off. The story itself is intriguing though. Nicely done! :D Posted: Oct 15, 2014 -Syd Steele

I actually think that the fact this poem is one paragraph, it makes it so different and unique compared to the other poems I've read. It's sweet that you did this in memory of someone. I really felt it, it was so emotional but beautifully written. Well done! :3 ~Stay Strong, Skye. X . Posted: Oct 30, 2014

:( true and so very heartbreaking, I love the way u write, so full of passion and sensitivity to what most people don't bother to think about! Missinnocentandcute Posted: Oct 31, 2014

Advice I've received from amazing authors on Booksie:

A very heart-felt story, Damien. You lead such a full life. When faith is gone? - you are right - all you can do is pray to Him - He's always listening. Might I suggest that you divide your writing into paragraphs, which will not only improve presentation, but will make it so much easier to read. regards, Margaret

It might be a smart idea to divide this in paragraphs. It's very difficult to read now. The very beginning was good. Mentioning his mother's death makes you think of how she might have died. Then it got a bit boring to be honest. The story of aunt Fran started really slow and the ending was too rushed in my opinion. The ending was good, but the tension should be built up. I think you could've waited with telling the story of the tombs and the use of them. There were a lot of typos and you switched a lot between tenses. Of course you should just write your own story and this is only my opinion of it. I do like the fact you're writing a story about Lycans and the Veins sound really interesting. The ending was good, only the pacing of the story was a bit off. I really hope you don't feel insulted or anything. I just wanted to give my honest opinion and there are things in this story that are very good. It certainly has potential. Posted: Oct 30, 2014 -MIGHTYDEATH
