A new story from, from Taylor this time

Hey guys,

I just wanted to mention that i have reached the 1000 reads mark for all of my stories combined and id like to give a shout out to a couple people.

Littleobsessions, Sean R Arnold, and islebabe have all helped me far more than i could ever help them. their advice, feedback and comments have gone a long way for me and id like to thank each of them for their help. i can tell you now that i wouldnt have reached this milestone if it wasnt for these these three people. great writers, great readers, and great people. Special thanks to these three people. if there is anything i can do to return the endless list of favours let me know

Thank you all,

-Dylan

Hello all, Taylor here.

I have had a story in mind for a short time that I finally got myself to write a prologue for. I think it came out well, and I'd would like to post it here on my shared account with Dylan.

The story is called An Arm, a Leg, and a Soul. It is a realitc fiction drama about a young man doing the best he can to protect himself and his family.

If you are a fan of Dylan's writing, you will find that my style is quite different from his: slower pace, less dialogue, and more grounded. But I still urge you to give it a chance, as the prologue is a short read, and gives a good feel for how the story will be written.

All feedback and critiques are welcome. Thank you!

Profile Information

Dylan Henlisia: I'm a new author who has written a good amount of stuff that my friends have loved. I release chapters not entire books at a time to keep new material flowing. I love feedback and don't take anything personally. I credit Marche as being the editor, co writer and longtime friend. Marche is almost opposite to me in everyway. He is a walking talking dictionary and seems to know every little rule in writeing. I personally have a poor understanding the rules of english and an even worse understanding of spelling and punctuation. I have an infinate supply of creativity and ideas while Marche has the patience and skill to take those and fix them up into an incredible story.

Marche Taylor: While Dylan is credited for the story's core plot and structure, and is by all means the intellectual owner of The Overseers, my job is to make his story read a bit smoother, as well as provide pre-release suggestions and opinions on each chapter. We are long-time friends, and I know that he has the ability to construct great stories. However, he and I both feel that it is necessary for someone to assist him with the writing, since his natural style is rather minimalist. In short, great story material comes from him, and complex sentence structure comes from me. If you are a fan of medieval fantasy and fresh story-telling, then I promise that Dylan is going to take you for quite a ride.
