I lvoe to read, basically. I love Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice, Wind in the Willows, Railway Children, everything! Well, as long as it was written by people I like.
I'm writing my own novel right now. Want to know the story. Well, okay, if you insist! A woman of a young age is invited to a party, along with her fiance, by a rich gentleman of complete mystery to her. They arrive at the ball and meet him, the solitary and quiet Mr Garnett. As the story develops, so does the relationship between Violet (the woman) and Mr Garnett. But the interest Mr Garnett has for Violet is not simply from a few days experience. He has known her for years, from a childhood Violet does not remember, from a past the she has lost......
Good? Please think so.
I also love the passion that a book can hold. If the leading lady is not a feminist of extreme proportions, or even of minor proportions, I shall not read it!
