I'm a 57 year old happily married writer/creator who, for the last several years, has been having to deal with the trials of dealing with
glaucoma. This would not be a particularly vexing problem for me except that I have been an artist for most of my life.
Before the onset of glaucoma I drew and produced adult comic books which, although never broadly distributed, did gain me some fame
in the local areas I lived.
Point: my vision (or degradation of same) no longer allows me to render art by hand on a sketch pad.
In recent years I've taken to using a combination of different devices in order to start producing comix, again.
2: Video game (Sims 2)
3:Graphics rendering/editing software.
4: A really enormous (32") high definition HDMI monitor.
Being able to create once again I am happy.
