Profile Information

I'm a daughter. I'm a sister. I'm a cousin. I'm a niece. I'm an aunt. My friends are my family and my family is my life. I am also a proud "Dearie".

I actually don't particularly like novels, and it's rare that I even read one. I'm more of a comic and graphic novel type of reader, but I have always loved to write. I sincerely started taking it seriously by the time I was seven; I used to skip recess and some in-class assignments so I could write. I'm not much of a spectator. Like with sports I prefer to play than watch, and I see reading as being a spectator while writing is the sport.

I've always developed a sort of style that some may find unique. I've had English teachers try to correct or fail me because they didn't like my writing style or the topics that I generally choose to write about. Though I love proper grammar and punctuation, there are times that I slip purposefully for effect of the situation or character. I enjoy writing about dark, sometimes tragic, stories but I also enjoy romance and comedy. I try to stay away from sci-fi and anything of the like because technology is definitely not something I'm capable of fully understanding no matter how much I research.

I love to research. I try to research anything and everything, ever since I was ten years old. I try to look into the deeper meaning of everything that seems to have a deeper meaning because we all, or most of us, know that some of the things they made us look into in English class were just what they were and had no deeper meaning.

This is my belief, anyway. I'm a very opinionated person, and I try to convey that in my stories. I try to write about all types of people and I try to accurately portray them despite any bias I may personally hold for or against them.

My biggest goal, my life's dream, is to write at least one story that will heavily impact the people of the world. Not in the sense that it became so widely popular like Harry Potter, but I mean so strong that perhaps people will band together and protest against what's wrong in the world and for once those in charge will realize the damage they've done towards humanity.
