Izzy Maxx

People call me Izzy. I'm not your usual girl, but that's what makes me more interesting. I have a minimum of friends and I'm single. Being single tears me up, so naturally, I hate it. I love all this creative writing nonsense (if it can be called nonsense), and I've loved it for years. I specifically write poetry, but I also write short stories, and am currently working on a novel.

I love to read, and some of my favorite series are the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer (Breaking Dawn was amazing!), The Inheritance Trilogy by Christopher Paolini (Brisingr is the next book!), and The Harry Potter Series by J. K. Rowling (I can't wait for the movies to be finished, but they will still never beat the books). I love series better than regular books because series get my mind thinking. Sometimes I even make up my own endings or continuations to them. *Tee Hee*. Some single books I like are Hate You, Heavy Metal and You, and Sweetblood. Son of the Mob is another good book, but I have yet to read the second it the series. Has anyone read the Bartimaeous Trilogy? I want to, but is it good?

Metallica, Nirvana, Trapt, Evanescence, Led Zeppelin, Coldplay, and the Beatles are my favorite bands, but mostly Metallica and Evanescence. My all time favorite song is One by Metallica, but in general, Lithium (Evanescence and Nirvana verisons), Stairway to Heaven, Here Comes The Sun, Clocks, Speed of Sound, Til Kingdom Come, and Immigrant Song are others in my top.

I don't watch movies too much because I'm either writing, reading, or drawing, but The Dead Poet Society is outstanding. It's my all time favorite movie. (Go figure, it's a movie about an english teacher who revolutionizes a school by teaching the kids free thought. I recommend it to any who wonder!)
