Let me tell you something that very few get to know about me I was born to be a writer. I am a very talented young lady (or so I am told) I am here to write and share my words with those of you who will accept them.Yes I may sound egotistical, but honestly I'm not. I am a small town country girl.
I go by many different names. I am called Jaded Beauty as you have seen by my profile I want to tell you why they call me "Jaded Beauty" They call me that because I am broken, not physically, but in the emotional sense. I faced years of abuse, and I thought that no one would ever help me escape the hell I lived in. But then along came a guy I fell for and he saved me from my own personal hell. My husband left me drowning and in came my savior out of nowhere and I knew he was the one.
But my friends saw me as a "Jaded Person" as they put it. And they told me I was beautiful, so that is when "Jaded Beauty" was born. I may still be young but I was dealt a bad hand in life. As you stumble upon my reading, you may think "This girl has some serious issues," but in all honesty I am no different a person then you are. I live, I breathe the same air as you, I eat, I sleep, I love, I hurt, I feel, but there is one thing that separates me from you. I am a survivor, not in the sense of "Hey I am cancer free," no I have never had cancer. I am a survivor in the sense, that I was raped and beaten more than once. But yet here I am to tell you my story. Don't judge me, for I never judged you.
Well life is getting better for me now. I have a boyfriend who loves me and we have an adorable puppy named Lucky, we got him the day we got together and moved in together. A month has come and gone and I am happier than ever with this man. My husband had decided to leave and I am glad that he did, because now I have found a great guy that cares about me and I couldn't ask for more.
"We may fear ourselves, but what we really fear is the beginning. For without the beginning, there is no end. And the middle is forgotten by our delicate memories."
For my Nana who passed on today, March 31st, 2014, these quotes are for you.
"You can never grow old, for the soul that grows old, was never young."
The soul will stay young, even as the body ages."
"The animal who is treated none less than the human, is not an animal but a human just as we are. But an animal that is treated worse than a wild animal, is broken by man's forceful and death filled hands."
That quote was for my fur baby Cody who passed away July 14th, 2014. He may of been a dog, but he was so much more than what most people know.
