I first found my voice in March of 2011 when I was diagnosed with stage 2B breast cancer. I kept a diary and published it to Caring Bridge. In 2013, I modified my diary into a journal where I wrote letters from my healed self to my sick self. Now, in 2016, I am in transition as I work my way from knowing the sound of my own voice, to discovering my own personal writing style. Join me as I transition from a memoir format, into a slip-fiction world where I am developing my own unique style told from a third-person, analytical, objective, academic point of view as well as from a first person complex, textured point a view contained in the world of imagination. My goal is to teach my readers that these two worlds are not separate, but entangled as one and the same who share the same goal of helping each soul navigate throughout this crazy world in the best manner possible.
