To tell you a little about myself I started off in Mechanical Engineering at WVU and then switched to Physics. I did so because I didn't want to be pigeon-holed into one specific area of engineering and physics offered the flexibility I craved. I enjoy the challenge that physics offers and engineering would be lost without the principles and concepts of physics. I love what I do and I sought a big league education so that I could work in the big leagues. I've had several different jobs over the years and some of them were out of necessity. I had the privilege of working for some great companies and I got to see mistakes they made along the way. Being an observer by nature I always offer my input and ideas but at the end of the day the decision to implement those ideas rests with those who higher up the food chain and I respect their decisions even if it does go along with mine. When I choose an employer I don't look for a fly-by-night operation. Rather I want to work for a company that has a vision and a direction and offers plenty of upward mobility. I want to work for a company that trains me well professionally and allows me the chance to lead or mentor others. I enjoy teaching others and excelled at it as a tutor, a mentor to other undergrads, and at various jobs over the years from Pizza Hut to Baker Hughes. If I choose you as an employer I want to know where I'll be at in your company in 10 or 15 years. I like permanence and I will invest as much in you as you invest in me. Let's make the most out of this together.
