I have been a storyteller since I was very young. My vivid imagination has since been channelled into creating stories designed to entertain a wide audience.
With flash fiction, spinning a tale that delivers emotional growth, challenges to overcome, triumphs or humour in a small, complete package has always fascinated me. The tale must weave as many of these facets as possible into a little piece of fiction that still delivers impact or amusement.
I think, building a story from a brief scene that delivers a whole story is both exciting and challenging. And to share that finished piece of written art with other people for their enjoyment is the ultimate reward.
