MY SECRET THOUGHTS: A sweetly short poem that is far from the norm in terms of personality. Despite its length, it is full of emotion. I did honestly enjoy this and it played on my mind some time after. Wonderful, in a word.
ON LIVING IN A SMALL TOWN - Perfectly descriptive on a personal level. The poem is smooth in both pace and rythme that flicks well off the mind's tongue. It's as if it plays with the idea of playing out life as those around you do, knowing where you would end up if you weren't to change in more ways than one. A talented poet.

Lucky 'Jack' Jackson is a 27 year old PI who lives a simple life as a no one. He's smoked since he was 13, drank since he can remember, gambled his life savings away and never given a thought for no one else but himself. The only person who truly likes him is his assistant, Alice. Yet even she doesn't know of his deep, twisted past... about his marriage... or the killings...
But now, it would seem she's going to have to know... because she's about to embark on a journey that won't only change her life, but maybe even take it...
