I friggin' love writing and that's how it's always gonna be!
I also adore reading, you won't find a bigger fan of the Hunger Games or Scott Westerfeld's Leviathan books than me!
I review YA novels! http://storyscoop.blogspot.com/
I can also tightrope walk while singing classic Frank Sinatra balads while juggling while wearing a sombrero!
No, not really. I'm still just a young aspiring writer. I specialize in chick-lit. But quality chick-lit. I also LOVE sci-fi. And thrillers.
My biggest inspiration is music. When I'm writing a story, listening to certain songs and/or artists can influence me to make a scene based around that song. It's also fun when I find a song with lyrics that fit with my stories. I write songs too. Well, technically they are poems, since there is no written music to go along with them. Sometimes I put them in my stories. One of my characters in YHC is a singer, so she has sang a few too many of my attempts at music!
Puh-lease check out my work. I don't post a ton of content on this website. I like to take it one novel, one short story, one article, one poem at a time. I try to make my work as high quality as possible. I don't like grammar errors and spelling goof-ups, but sometimes it happens. But I'm into good, well-rounded writing. I want to satisfy my readers.
Love ya! -Kay
So far on Booksie I only have one. The Young Hollywood Club was something I started just for the sake of starting a novel about famous people, but I have gradually grown to really love my characters and their stories. I hope you will too.
The Young Hollywood Club is about 4 very lucky girls who all happen to be both famous and fifteen. One is a reality star, one is a TV actress, one is a pop singer, and one is a movie star. They may have everything they could ever want, but that doesn't mean there isn't drama. But throughout it all, the four best friends have got each others backs.
No promises, but there *may* be sequels to it. ;)
