Profile Information

I am a graduate of Ryerson University's Film Production program in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where I studied to become a filmmaker.  I made my first film "Teratogeny," a feature-length experimental film, which was an exercise in found-footage editing and experimental narrative, before I moved towards storytelling and literature.  I've written three screenplays, "Skids" (a comedy), as well as "Clean" and "The Irreverent" (both psychological thrillers).  I have self-published five books of poetry, "Love and Angst, But Mostly Angst," "Self-Abusive Musings," "50 Pages," "50 Pages II," and "The Song and Dance Begins."  I have released four CD's of music under the name of "Butterfly Bush."  They include "Teratogeny (soundtrack)," "Horny Jesus," "Bloodletting," and "Maid In Canada."  I have an upcoming double CD to be called "The Song and Dance Begins," with music written around the book of poetry of the same name, due for release in late 2015 or early 2016.  My latest work is the novel "A Jester's Tear - Part One: The Dark Prince," the first in a grand sweeping fantasy trilogy.  The second part, "The Golden Son," has already been written already and I am now in the process of doing the revisions.  Based on how long the first book took, it should be completed by late spring 2015 or early summer.  All of my works, including the DVD of "Teratogeny" and all soft-covered book versions of the poetry, screenplays and my novel, can be found for sale on Amazon.com under my name, the music under the name of "Butterfly Bush."  Up next, after finishing revisions on "The Golden Son," I will start writing the final part of my trilogy, to be called "The Fool."
