I've contacted over three hundred literary agents and have been enthusiastically ignored.

Have decided to put my four book manuscripts aside and write frequent humorous essays for Booksie.

That's enough about me for the moment.

LAUGH AT LAUGHING

Comedians joke at religion and politics and war and crime and at Big Foot. The Abominal Snowman is not mean and does not attack people but maybe

neither does he or she laugh. Yet people laugh at Big Foot jokes.

If an audience were all yetties (?) would they be referred to as Big Feet? Is that funny? Not to Big Feet. They've gotten their name from large

footprints. Is that fair?

What if you were named by your footprints? You might be called Teeny Foot.

I know a lady who'd be known as Long Toes. She has a daughter Four Toes With Hairs. Sad.

Those would be insulting names and we might laugh at them. Not funny to laugh at humans like that. Is it okay to laugh at Big Foot beings?

Crow Feet, a grade school classmate, was so named and dropped out of school and got a feet fix surgery. Then he came back and we called him Fixed Feet. At recess we'd have him take off his shoes

and socks. His feet looked normal. We'd laugh, "Crow Feet lost his real feet," and we'd laugh some more. He became a star running back in high school football and was named All State Running Back

three years in a row. That's when he began to call us other kids "Plain Feet." I hated that. He'd laugh. We didn't.

Not sure, but do Big Foot creatures ever laugh?
