I'm seventeen years old and I love to both read and write. I love to hear what people have to say about my work both good and bad as then I can improve. I live in England and have never been outside of Europe, but I hope to travel more in the near future. In all of my novels I never say where the story is based as I like to be able to imagine the events of stories I read taking place where I live so I like others to be able to do that as well.
I write mostly fantasy with a bit of romance thrown in as well as that's the kind of books I read in my spare time. Although I sometimes write poems. I hardlyever write anything based in real life as I prefer to let my imagination go wild as I write. When I'm writing I get very attached to the characters, especially the main characters as I always put a bit of myself in there.
I've recently got into reading poetry and my favourite poem is called 'Out of the Blue' by Simon Armitage and would defiantly recommend it to anyone.
I've normally had these story's or ideas going around in my mind for months before I actually write anything down which is probably why I have a few first chapters of novels but nothing after I always find second chapters the hardest and they take me the longest to write to get them just how I think they should be as I'm a bit of a perfectionist but there's nothing really wrong with that.
