Hi my name is Matt Earl i am 50 years old and have been diagnosed with depression. I write poetry to help with distracting myself from the dark thoughts that sometimes invade.I am pretty new to blogging but find it helpful and rewarding.Hope you enjoy my words,feel free to comment.Advice is always welcome and i encourage it so please drop me a line.My dream is maybe one day to have some of my poems published but this a dream and dreams come true don’t they.
