Hi! It's Michelle.
I know - you were probably expecting a third-person, formal
biography starting with the fact that I was born in
Ft. Worth, TX. Well, I've never read an author's biography
and thought, "Wow! Are you serious? She is from Fort Worth! Man,
I've gotta read her book!" So, I thought it might be
better to just let you meet the real Michelle Stimpson.
Here's my back-in-the day writing testimony...I started
writing when I was in sixth grade. Mrs. Newman, my
music teacher, let us have a talent show once every six
weeks. My ongoing play was entitled "Big Sisters and Little

The summer after my sixth grade year, my life took a tragic turn
when my mother was involved in a bad car accident. I started
keeping a journal to deal with the pressures of suddenly being
thrust into the role of mother to my two younger brothers, while

Anyway, all that writing turn into a serious passion.I thank God
for preparing me to write novels through the worst period of my
childhood. Then again, He's been known for turning tests into
testimonies (Romans 8:28)!
Everything I write has a little bit of humor (or at least I like
to think so), while causing people to think about serious issues.
This, of course, lines up with my personality. I think if you
asked my friends, they'd say I'm a fun person. I love to laugh
and enjoy life. But at the same time, I'm serious about things
that matter most, like faith, family, and fulfilling God's plan
for my life. I'm honored to share my gift through so many various
forms - writing, teaching, mentoring. This is just flat
I hope you'll be blessed by the books and stories flowing from
these fingertips. So now that you know the REAL me and you've
actually read my diary, we should at least
