I come from rural North Yorkshire. I used to write very cliched rhyming poetry which people only liked because it rhymed, then I got bored and started trying to impress myself by writing 'interesting' stuff. Voila.
Oh and you may notice several poems of the 'cliched' variety I just seemed to slander here... they're not my favourite but some people seem to like them.
Please criticise my poetry positively or negatively. I might disagree but I'm not going to get angry!
