I was born in Yellville, Arkansas (USA). I served in the U.S. Army, and I have traveled the world including Japan, Korea, Portugal, Italy, Canada, and most of the lower 48 United States and Alaska. My favorite place that I have visited is the Azores Islands in the middle of the Atlantic ocean.
My hobbies include poetry, genealogy, motorcycling, crocheting, and knitting. My interests are motor sport, baseball, football (not soccer), and basketball. Prior to an injury sustained in 2007, I enjoyed playing billiards, 8-ball and 9-ball competitively. My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from SMSU and an Associates Degree in Electromechanical Technology from North Arkansas Community College.
In 2004, I designed an inventory system called Container Inventory Management & VMI System Enhancements. I was honored when my employer filed a patent for the system in my name. [ADM File Ref. CRP.5.US00; K&L File Ref.040387], by Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP.
I currently reside in Arkansas and enjoy writing poetry in my spare time. Poetry is a nice way to clear the mind while exploring new places within the soul! On Feb. 13th, 2012, I received a Certificate of Publication from World Poetry Movement with the International Publication of my poem "Friendship".
