About

An old friend wrote a poem about me that I found posted on this website. The Poem is called "Rebel Ruthi".

Before I retired, I was an activist for disabled bikers & disabled nurses rights. I traveled around the USA teaching physicians & nurses, how to prevent insurance fraud.  I believe in standing up for patients rights. One of those rights is that a patient is not billed for a procedure or medication never administered to him/her.  Another right, is that it doesn't matter about whether the patient has insurance or not, it's about whether the patient needs care in the hospital or can visit another physician in his/her office later on.

I am the present President of ABATE of CA, Local 25, Sacramento, CA. This is a motorcycle rights organization. We educate the public about motorcycle awareness, and fight to maintain our rights on the highways. Both men and women are members and a motorcycle is NOT required to belong.

I don't believe that one should settle in life. So I travel often and where I lay my head is where I call home.  Currently I call home: Chicago, Tampa & Sacramento.

I have been riding motorcycles since I was 11 years old. That's 50 years worth of motorcycling experience.

I have 43 years of trauma nursing experience. I am a Trauma Nurse Practitioner & Educator as well as a Legal Nurse Consultant.

I am the author of "The Motorcycle Safety & Awareness Program of Greater Illinois".  I am also the author of my own Utilization Review programs as well as Domestic Violence for the Emergency Room.

Rebel Ruthi is copyrighted.  "I'm a copyright". Yeah

I have had businesses under the name of Rebel Ruthi.

My type of clothing is leathers, my transportation is on two wheels.

I won't settle for a plain stay at home life. That's not me. I'm not Susie Homemaker. I don't care if my bed is made or not.  I love to cook, but you have to clean up the mess for me. I hate housework.

Nursing and caring were my whole life. I write about it often.
