Moving forward

Hey all!

Editing for Legacy is underway and I should be finished sometime around mid to late summer (think late July, early August). About that time I'll have to start working toward self-publishing, which means this could be out by the end of the year.

I know I don't have many fans/followers or what not here, but if you'd like to read the rough draft again or know anyone who might be interested, feel free to invite them to read here! Before it gets published I'll be removing it from the site as well as Ruin and Echoes, so it may be the last chance to read for a while.

Thanks to all, and I hope everyone is staying safe, healthy, and happy during these strange times. And of course, getting some good writing and reading done!

Profile Information

Hello and welcome to my profile! It's nothing special to look at, trust me...

I'm a pretty simple guy who's had a passion for writing for years and years now but have only recently really put any serious effort into it. Most of my previous work was really bad but I'm confident enough in my writing ability now to say it's improved 300%. Now, as for my storytelling ability, it could probably use some work. Nonetheless, I am a huge nerd for fantasy, fiction, historical fiction, sci-fi, and all that is similiar to it, but I tend to shy away from the more romanticized stuff and instead enjoy the darker, grittier stuff much more. If you plan on reading my stuff then be prepared for some more gruesome content I suppose, but don't worry, because it's not all dark and morbid! Life is only so precious because we have but one and it's nice to find things to smile about, even if they're small!

As for me as a reader I'll try to read any requests that I get but that doesn't necessarily mean I'll provide feedback. It all really depends on if I like it or not. If I DO like something I'll attempt to convey my thoughts about it in general, be they good or bad, in a genuine attempt to help others as well as provide encouragement. Here's a big negative however: I'm a slow reader, especially on here. I work much, much better with physical copies, and so reading on a computer/phone (especially a phone) is just bothersome to me for whatever reason. If I do start reading a book of yours know that it will take me some time to get through it for the aforementioned reason, as well as just general stuff like work, life, school, and, of course, my own writing endeavors.

I look forward to connecting with this community and finding some great people and works to share in the joy of writing with!
