The Princess's Competition

Book / Fantasy

I've always loved stories about backstabbing and treacherous court life and am fascinated by the politics of the Absolutism age. This is the start of my attempt to mirror that life in a world where magic, at… Read More

The Wristwatch Forest

Book / Action and Adventure

Imagine if electricity had never been invented, and instead of harnessing metals to do our work, we harness cells. What if cables of nervous cells connected us, instead of cables of wire? And what if, after the… Read More

Boffin House

Book / Fan Fiction

For my first attempt at writing a fan fiction, I've chosen one of my favorite series: Scott Westerfield's amazing steampunk Leviathan trilogy. In this next-next-generation adventure, Deryn's granddaughter Kate has risen to become an extremely prominent boffin.… Read More

Taken from Sanity

Short Story / Fantasy

About

Realize the real eye's re-lies.

Rely on the real I.

Reread because there is always more to learn.

That's my favorite quote for a lot of reasons; not the least of it being the play on words. It only makes sense with a lot of thought.

But hey, I like thinking, so it's not that bad.

I'm a fifteen year old male who writes simply to write. Sometimes it's music, or short stories, or poetry, but I'm always writing.

Hopefully you like to read.

If so we'll work well together.

If not, I'll have to convert you.

I've done street tap since the age of 3, I'm a runner, and I'm I don't really watch much television. I haven't seen a lot of the classic movies, so I can't say I've got a favorite. I'm always found either at my piano in my band or at a meeting for one of the numerous organizations I'm a part of, so I don't have much free time. That's how I like it; although I'm agnostic, they always say that idle hands are the devil's tools.

I've realized that I can rely on the real I because I am the real eye. I do not re-lie.

I do, however, reread.

You should, too.

Fan, comment, and most importantly, enjoy. I write to be read, and to make an impact on my readers. If you have any advice, I would love to hear it.
