I'm a young writer, only a sophomore in high school. I do have blue hair (as many professional type adults will call juvenile) but it's one of the many ways I express myself, and to be as abnormal as possible. It's blue in memory of my father, since it was one thing he and I had in common; Our favorite color was blue. I didn't see him much when I was little because he was a truck driver, and dying my hair blue makes me feel closer to him even though he is no longer here. I'm also a flute/piccolo player, and have been playing since fourth grade. I did not, however, take band this year because of the required courses I need to take. Along with being a young writer and musician, I'm a young artist as well. My artwork ranges any where from traditional mediums to digital art, and anything in between. You can view some of my art on DeviantART, under the name XxLuivianRenxX. I also post Luivian and other stories on other sites, such as FictionPress, Wattpad, Authonomy, and NovelJoy.
I plan on going to college for writing and art, and, soon, publish my first novel. I honestly don't know what sparked the idea of becoming a writer, as well as an artist, but what I do know is that the big dream I had of becoming a veterinarian since I was a little girl faded away as soon I started high school. Now, my art and writing have taken a high priority on my list of things to do. I want to strive to become a better writer (my writing needs a lot of work. -_-') and hopefully accomplish some of the many goals I have in mind. I also have some works posted on another website called FictionPress, under the same pen name I use here. (I do have a FanFiction, but I don't have anything posted on there.... Yet.) I do have limited internet access, but I do as much as I can when I can.
I can be a very insightful person, living my life based on many quotes and philosophies. One quote I follow more than anything is, "Life is like Music, Play it Louder." I'm not sure on who actually wrote the quote itself, but whoever it is, I thank them greatly (seeing as how music is probably one thing in this world that I could not live without.). I will say this about myself; I can be very professional and mature with juvenile tendencies. What is the fun in life when one is so serious about everything? You could miss the little things that make life all the better, like the senseless jokes your best friend would tell you, or that little moment in life where you make a fool of yourself. All that makes life better. That's why it's important to always smile as if there isn't a worry in the world, to laugh even at the most random of moments, and, most importantly to be yourself. There is only one person who can be you, and that is yourself. "Your life is like a blank canvas. It's up to you to add the colors and to paint the picture."
I do accept reading requests, though it may take some time to read. Between school, art, and writing my novel, I'm pretty busy. But when I get the chance, I will read.
