11.26.19 // The Ronin Express Vol. 7 & Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey, all!

My two short stories 'The Man in the Dark' and 'Unlocked' have been published in the literary journal 'The Ronin Express Vol. 7'!  If you'd like to support Ronin Publications simply follow the link below to purchase a copy:

https://www.amazon.com/Ronin-Express-Literary-Journal/dp/1708684832/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=the+ronin+express&qid=1574802306&sr=8-1

I wanted to provide a short update saying that I will be writing a bit less in order to take more time to write in a shorter form to get more adept at flash-fiction as I find this form more enjoyable and more challenging.

And, Congrats to all the Booksie writers whom made it into the The Ronin Express Vol. 7!

And, last, but not least, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone that will be celebrarting this Thursday!

Hi, all!

It's been a while since I've posted anything whatsoever, aside from my summer contest entry.  As I said earlier in the year, I moved jobs in April and have been acclimating and still am as it was quite a career shift.  However, I am also moving to my new home with my wife on 8/2/19 and couldn't be happier!  So, being a first time homeowner hasn't left much time to muse or be introspective.  BUT, I have two stories cooking slowly at the moment.  One of these stories comes from nostalgia as moving is taking its toll on my emotions (I don't handle change well).  The other needs to be rewritten as I saw that the story contained too much fluff.

Also, I'm excited that my stories 'The Man in the Dark' and 'Unlocked' have been accepted to the Ronin Express Vol. 7 being released in October!  If you haven't had a chance to read them feel free to check out my portfolio.

Hello fellow readers!

I'm proud to announce that my short story, 'From Below',has been published in The Ronin Express: A Literary Journal - Volume Six!  I'm very thankful for this opportunity and hope that my story continues to be enjoyed by others.

If you'd like to support The Ronin Express you can purchase a copy of volume six at the link below:

And, thanks to everyone on Booksie that took the time to read/review 'From Below'!

4.4.19 // Annie and the Shadow & Hiatus

Hello readers!  My newest short story is posted and ready for reading (thanks to those whom have already given it some feedback!).  Image of cover below.  This was a tough story to write because I needed to get into a state of mind that made me feel the way the character does in the story.  I hope I did some justice in portraying what I was trying to get across and most of all I hope you all enjoy reading this and take something away from it.

As for writing new stories, I will be taking a break from Booksie for a bit (hopefully a short break). I've started a new job in the Chicago suburbs and I want to take some time to acclimate.  With that being said, I have a story-board full of ideas!  Not to mention, I still have yet to read some of YOUR content.  That's what Booksie is about and it's how we help each other grow. :).

Thank you!

3.18.19 // The Block & Another Story

Hello fellow readers and writers!  My new story 'The Block' is now posted and ready for reading!  This is more straight forward than what I usually write, but it's an exciting and riveting story!

Any feedback is appreciated!

I'm in the early phases of editing a new story at the moment titled 'Annie and the Shadow'.

Let me know if there is something you'd like me to read and provide feedback on.  I'm always looking to get reviewed myself.

Thank you all for reading!
