I am just a girl who stumbled upon mindfulness practice not by accident. The crisis in my life opened a door for me to in fact change my way of life. I began a journey of learning to love myself. Being a caretaker by nature, it was a new concept for me. Overcoming selfishness, guilt, judgement, and others...I am loving myself more each day. With this awareness, I open my heart and can offer kindness and love to others. My writings came from my mindfulness practices of being fully present, in the now. Teachers on my path were counselors, books, meditation practices, and a sangha. This is my circle. These are my "friends" of likemindedness. I am glad to express and share my mindful creativity with you.
