Been away a while for a meditation retreat and occult explorations of the multi-verse. I still have many plans for the future. A strong desire to explore nature more in depth. I'm doing this to attune to wholeness. It's amazing how a journey into nature can make one change perspective on oneself and life in general. This is still the theme for the writing of Ascension, my coming novel. I'm describing a failed civilization attempt in the outer depths of the universe. A civilization coming apart. Plagued by random wars, terrorism, decease, starvation and many technological hazards.
It's an epic work that is aiming at new solutions to the problems tormenting mankind. If I would trace the origin of the story it would go back to my reading of the Avatar scriptment by James Cameron many years ago. Reading the scriptment before the actual movie was made. A movie with a green agenda. But going into entertainment territory, not a serious attempt. This new novel Ascension is building on that inspiration but going for hard science and a serious science-fiction attempt. More along the vision of Stanley Kubrick's 2001. But focusing on nature, new solutions, integrated science and much more along those lines.
I have realized that I'm quite alone in this mode of thinking. Sharing space with the few and selected free spirited individuals that dream with great clarity. That can't identity with something in particular. Ascension is not just about nature but about a large restructuration of interstellar society. It's about hard science. But this science not only can be applied to the physical dimension. But also the inner dimensions of the emotional, mental and spiritual modes of consciousness. It's a totality including all space, time and levels of consciousness.
Ken Wilber has described this interconnected reality in many of his books. He called the investigation of it integral science. Ascension will describe integral science but it's a science not with the utopian optimism that many New Age philosophers have described. It is more open, more critical and less fundamental. Just assuming perspectives and presenting new possibilities. Stimulating free thought.
I'm working on it.

My name is Andreas Ingo.
I’m a Swedish guy, passing 39, writing fiction, articles, composing music and more. I travel the world seeking adventures, meeting people on the way. I look at Internet as a kind of hub for greater knowledge: A beast that must be tamed.
I meditate, search for the spark within, and use others as a source of inspiration.
I hope to give something back in the process.
I'm a short story writer as well as a writer of novels and these are the top five short stories I ever have read:
"The Snow Goose" - Paul Gallico
"The Snows of Kilimanjaro" - Ernest Hemingway
"Eleonora" - Edgar Allan Poe
"The Metamorphosis" - Franz Kafka
"The Lady With The Dog" - Anton Tjechov
What I love about these stories is the darkness, the emotional depth and general craftmanship of the work. I explore similar styles myself.
My favourite places I ever have visited is:
Cape Town - South Africa
Berlin - Germany
Tangier - Morocco
Vientiane - Laos
Roskilde - Denmark
Barcelona - Spain
Stockholm - Sweden
I love the adventure of alien places, strange encounters with women and the taste of beer and really good food.
