Profile Information

Hey guys! It's me Cuhnool, and I found this site by searching for it in Google (Google is your friend)!! Yay! lol. I needed to find a site where I could safely post my work and people can read it, and review it. With my current piece, it seems like people like it. I have 2 other writings that I have worked on, and I hope to get them on here for you all to read.

I started to actually write since I was in grade school, but I was not knowledgeable to create logical stories, and have proper structure and format. It was my freshman year of high school when I learned that I could write. Our English teacher assigned us to create a horror story based off a monster we were given. I remember mine was a giant worm called a "Terichick". The story was supposed to be 1 page, front and back. Well, I spit up a 7 1/2 page story (front and back. but it was typed on one side, so it came out 15 pages in all). Yes, a 1 page story into a 15 page story. Basically, the teacher told me I received an automatic "A" after he read it. And everyone in my class wanted me to read it aloud to them. So yeah, that's where I got my passion to write. Maybe If I can retireve the long lost file, I will have it on here.

I'm 16, almost 17 (my birthday is on September 12th), which is pretty cool. I will be getting a job soon that pays pretty well with short hour shifts, so hopefully I can buy my gandpa's car! I LOVE reading Stephen King's works. My favorite book from him is Pet Sematary (as well as my all time favorite). I also read Misery, Thinner, The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon (my least favorite) and Nightmares and Dreamscapes. I inspire my works off of his style, which is full of sensory detail and creepy stuff.

But what really gets me to write the way I do is I set myself in the mood. The mood to write subtely creepy stuff. I always go to my iTunes playlist called "Halo Soundtrack", which inlcudes the Halo 1 Soundtrack, Halo 2 Vol. 1 Soundtrack, and Halo 2 Vol. 2 Soundtrack. That music always sets me into the mood. That is all I will play too, because they are instrumentals. I can not do two thigns at once that require words. And I have to be in the mood to write the way I write or else it will never come out the way I intend to, and that makes me lose interest. I also always write in the dark, at night. Alone.

Personal Life!

Okay, so I'm a junior in high school, and I turn 17 soon! =D I love music. I'm into any form of rock, from screamo to classic 70's rock, then from electro to jazz and pop music (yes, lol) to blues. So I have a pretty wide range.

I have like, the most amazing girlfriend ever. She has changed pretty changed the way I do things, and she has made me so much more positive about school, and getting things done. She supports that stuff, in lamence terms. She's not like my past one's who pretty much forced me to talk to them instead of do homework. But anyways, she's amazing, and oh so beautiful :)

My best friend, Nate, has been around with me since freshman year. He has influenced many of the things I do, and many of the things I like. He got me into cars, and computers, and all the cool stuff. He's no athlete, but when it comes down to getting factual and being the "know-how" guy, he's the one. He likes the kind of music I'm in to, which makes it cooler. He also loves to drive. I have not seen a better driver that was his age. He shows total control and confidence when driving. He knows what he's doing. Especially when driving fast, or drifting ;) lol

I'm also into graphic design, and I will make things for my friends. I recently got a Wacom Bamboo tablet, which is what I use for Photoshop and... my mouse. I stopped using my mouse ever since I got my tablet.

I am a huge GH junkie. I have gotten to the point where it is almost impossible for me to play any other level besides Expert. I am getting better as the days pass. Nailing those tricky button-mashing solos and quick chord transitions. Now that I am done talking like a geek, I can talk about something else:

I am a HUGE, INSANELY, OBSESSIVE AC/DC fan. I own all their CDs, I have t-shirts, hats, (boxers.. lol) and posters of them. I also own Live at Donington, Bonfire, Family Jewels, and the 3 Disc Collector's edition of Plug Me In. I have also read a book about them, called AC/DC: Maximum Rock and Roll. I could tell you every band memeber for AC/DC, what year their albums were released, and how many different versions of the logo they have. I have also recently ordered Black Ice, but I forgot to wait for the collector's edition and now I'm PISSED because I didn't order that one. >:(

More to come soon!!
