Profile Information

Hello, I'm Sylvia-Cecilia Brown. Most folks call me Cecil.

I've never really been that good with bios so I'll give this my best shot; it's a bloody big space to fill.

My mother is an artist and she has a little gallery in our village in Cornwall and my father works in London most days doing something with numbers. There's five of us in the family if you don't include the pets, I have two sisters Frances and Rachel, both older and both escaped the curse of the third child AKA the name Sylvia-Cecilia.

I'll probably tell you a bit about Frances now, she's my eldest sister at 21. She doesn't live with us anymore but she hasn't strayed far from home; most people don't here because as my mother once put it "we live in paradise", if paradise consisted of an art gallery, two pubs, a couple of cafes and pie shop and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE.

Frances is pretty smart though, she went to uni and she's got a degree in Mathematics and she's living with Tom one of the fisherman and he's great. I think Frances will work in the city soon, she's quick like my Dad.

Rachel's pretty different. Rachel is 19 and she's so left wing she makes Stalin look tame. The last time I saw her she was getting on a plane to visit children in Milawe as part of this voluntary scheme with this great group FOMO. She's really into volunteering, she wants to work for Amnesty International. If you look past the fact she spent a week camping on the steps of St Pauls shouting down with captialism, she's a pretty amazing person.

I don't really know what I want to do yet but it's not a mathematician or an activist. There's not really a lot to say about me apart from I'm the fastest table wiper in the West and I have the most unruly hair. I walk my dog on the beach a lot, he's called Sniper.
