My favorite books as of now are Columbine by Dave Cullen, and the Inheritance Series(Eragon, Eldest, Brisingir, Inheritance) by Christopher Paolini.
As you can probably see, I love the movie V for Vendetta. It teaches us that a single person, a single word can change the world. Words are your most powerful weapon. Use them. I've always been such a shy person, rarely talking in class, scared of public peaking and I'm fairly certain I still am. Despite this shyness that I've tried to overcome, I can't seem to be able to speak up for myself or for others. But I found a way; through words and writing. A simple poem, a verse of a song can change a person's perspective and I believe I can find my voice in writing.
Yes, I'm not the best writer in the whole world. No, I'm not publishing or winning awards anytime soon. I am just a fifteen year-old trying to express my feelings through, yes, slightly amateurish writing. Perhaps that's not good enough for some of you, but it's good for me.
Anyway, after my lovely spheal of words up there, nice to meet you all, I look forward to reading some of your work!
