I am an Associate Professor of Legal Studies at Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business. I earned a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. in English (Honor's Program-Writing Option) from Queens College, CUNY. I am admitted to practice in New York and am a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Academy of Legal Studies in Business (ALSB), the North East Academy of Legal Studies in Business (NEALSB), and a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals.
