Walter Attridge

Hello everyone who happens across this profile.

My name is Walter and I am 35 married father of 1 daughter. I live in the Bronx for the time being and work as a civil servant and make a good living considering the out of control cost of living in the city. I would describe my politics as left and my religion as atheist. I am an old geek obsessed with LOTR Star Wars Cthullhu, and zombies who has collected comics and watched anime for more than twenty years and was a tabletop RP gamer until recently.

Like most people I always wanted to do a whole bunch of things like learn martial arts and learn to play the guitar but what was always consistent was that I always wanted to be a writer and a story teller but never gave it a whack until recently when I've started to bang out a collection of short stories. I joined this site for the opportunity to let off a little steam and show my writings to an audience and get some feedback.

Most of my writing will focus on my own tastes and will involve zombies, fantasy, and sci fi, to that end I am working on a collection of stories all built around a central premise. I am not trying to break new ground or make a “point” I just hope to write some cool stories with characters that people like and I hope you will enjoy it
